With his latest tweet, Coach Prime imparted the wisdom he sought through blood, sweat, and tears. The five lessons to a fulfilling day in one’s life, but what are they?

Every Sanders follower is perfectly aware of the positivity he brings to his fans. The former Falcons WR doesn’t skip a single opportunity to share his learnings on his social handles through posts, stories, and tweets. In the latest upload on his Twitter handle, Sanders gives his fans five lessons to live by on any given day.
Lesson 1: He inspires his fans to make the day count with his words, “I’ve got to make today Count!”. Lesson 2: The Super Bowl winner negates the effect of past and present and says, “Tomorrow ain’t promised & yesterday is gone.” Lesson 3: A subtle reminder of one of the most overlooked facts in life, “We all have the same 24hrs to work with.” Lesson 4: The lesson that helped him succeed at the highest level, “so make no excuses & make today count!!.” Lesson 5: The former MLB stars’ simple yet deep reminder about how we can be better, “Details Details.”

The words he shares with his fans are some of the most obvious yet primarily ignored lessons by many. Had he not followed those himself, he may never have reached the heights in MLB and in NFL. Following his switch to become an HC, Sanders looks to bring some of his own methods to the Buffaloes ensemble. But if the reports coming out of the camp are true, many find it hard to keep up with his methods on the pitch.

Since his return to the buffaloes camp, Prime Time has been holding sessions for his young stars for the season ahead. His return to the pitch has players throwing up, with one of their star cornerbacks believed to be one of them. Cormani McClain said he threw up 7 times during the WRs’ practice sessions this week. The CB cites the training to be a tough ask following his throw-up session.
Although one should note that the CB is experiencing the Colorado elevation blues, following his move from Florida. Few would survive a draining session on the pitch after moving to a new state that’s 5000 feet higher than their hometown. Shedeur Sanders stepped in to talk to his CB and understand his predicament while throwing light jabs.
