Ric Flair’s support for Tom Brady

Ric Flair went through his fifth divorce just nine months ago. So, he knows what it is like to go through that. And with his friend Tom Brady going through the same thing in his personal life, Flair is standing right behind him. The wrestling legend shared a throwback picture with Brady to show his support for the NFL great amid his divorce.

In the tweet accompanying the photo, Flair killed two birds with one stone. He showed his support for both Brady and his alma mater, the University of Michigan’s football team.

The legendary wrestler had gotten married for the fifth time in 2018 to Wendy Barlow. The couple split up in February 2022, with Flair denying legally marrying Barlow. The veteran wrestler doesn’t like to retire, same as Brady, and has announced his retirement thrice in his career. He has come out of it twice and even after the third retirement, he has never really said he will not be back.

Brady’s divorce with Gisele Bündchen

Tom Brady is going through a divorce with his wife, Gisele Bündchen, after 13 years of marriage. The couple reportedly split over Brady’s decision to continue playing in the NFL despite being 45. Bündchen wanted him to retire and spend time with the family.

Brady did announce his retirement at the end of the 2021 season but came back out of it in just 40 days. Bündchen was reportedly not happy with this decision as she thought Brady was prioritizing his NFL career over his family. Brady and Bündchen have both confirmed that the couple is indeed in the end zone.
