When Tom Brady talked to the radio personality, Howard Stern, on his show, he gave details of his marriage. The couple often time hit a rough patch. Mostly over legendary QB’s extreme love for football.
The supermodel wife often spent time alone taking care of the kids. Once she asked her Super Bowl-winning husband to retire thrice in one night. “And I said, ‘Too bad, babe, I’m having too much fun right now.'” That is what Brady had to say on The Howard Stern Show.
Bündchen roped in their friends to convince Tom Brady to retire
Even though Gisele Bündchen put up a great fight, she could not change Tom Brady‘s mind. Nothing can keep him away from playing football. For Brady, the reason he could still play the game was that he believed he crushes every single play.
Gisele Bündchen took steps further to convince the then New England Patriots QB to retire.

The family vacationed with one of Brady’s old pals. On the trip, Bündchen tried hard for Jay Feely to help her out with the impending situation. He said that Bündchen was “trying to get me to convince [Tom] to stop playing… She was dead serious.”
Not only does Bündchen feel like Brady did not put the effort into their marriage, but she also expressed her concerns related to the sport. In a CBS interview, she revealed that the Pats QB suffered numerous concussions.
