Could it be that a superstar of the NBA ever makes a successful transition into the highly aggressive sport of the NFL? Many consider the NBA MVP award winner LeBron James, as one of the, if not the, best basketball player of all time.
Fans often compare King James to the GOAT Michael Jordan. With a tall frame and athletic stature, can he enter gridiron? Well, he asks a somewhat same question on Twitter. Seeing that, many fans went crazy about the potential plan and responded readily to the Tweet.

When LeBron James attended high school, he played and excelled in football. His 1,160 receiving yards as a junior is still the second-highest in the school’s record. Also, the University of Notre Dame even recruited him.
Not only that, the four-time NBA championship winner considered tossing the pigskin during the recent lockout of 2011. In fact, it was for the most valuable NFL franchise, the Dallas Cowboys, and the onetime Super Bowl-winning team, Seattle Seahawks.

And now, since his basketball career is on its back end, he is looking for new opportunities where he can flaunt his talents. The NBA legend wants to know if he’s eligible to play any other sport if he can play college sports other than basketball. Seeing that, NFL’s official Twitter account jumped on the bandwagon to entice James into joining the league.
Fans bewilderingly react to LeBron James’ question
Since the LA Lakers star is already a professional basketball player, he cannot go back to school to play that sport. But the NCAA Division I manual states that, “a professional athlete in one sport may represent a member institution in a different sport and may receive institutional financial assistance in the second sport.”
he’d be the greatest tight end of all time

‘Can LeBron be an NFL star?’ is a tricky question considering the myriad of aspects that go into a person becoming a powerful football player. Even though he has a tall frame, his athletic body may not help him. Because football players are raw and bulky rather than lean and muscular. Many factors affect the gameplay of an NFL athlete.
For instance, basketball is played in an air-conditioned environment. However, players suffer through harsh weather while playing football. Many other reasons support the idea that LeBron James may not advance as further as an NFL player as he did as an NBA player.
