It’s a do-or-die game for Aaron Rodgers and Co. taking on the Miami Dolphins in Week 16. In order to make Christmas eve more special, the veteran seemed to have unraveled his old vintage rushing skills. Although he succeeded in edging toward the touchdown area, fans called his scrambling attempt a trash move.

During the first quarter back-and-forth, Rodgers was seen trying his level best to tie the score at 10. The Dolphins were able to register an early touchdown, restricting the Rodgers-led side to a single field goal.

But the Packers QB led a comeback drive for a third and eight with just six minutes left on the clock. After taking the snap, Rodgers found a narrow channel to make it through and rushed for a successful first and goal in the next play.

Despite being successful in clearing the Dolphins’ defense, fans weren’t convinced, looking at his rushing abilities. Instead of appreciating the passer, fans found this as an opportunity to roast him.

Regardless of whatever the result is, Aaron Rodgers boasts a decent record against the Dolphins. In the past three face-offs, the 39-year-old secured two magnificent victories and only conceded one loss during his first game in 2010.

Meanwhile, the veteran happens to be an underdog this season against a formidable offense led by Tua Tagovailoa at the center.

Aaron Rodgers reveals his advantage over the Dolphins

The Packers have entered the Hard Rock stadium with a season record of 6-8. While on the other hand, the Dolphins are 8-6. A crucial match-up for both sides, especially for Tagovailoa, who is struggling with back-to-back losses in the past three games.

Rodgers found this trend as an advantage to edge over his opponents. While speaking to the reporters, the quarterback mentioned the game is quite important for his side. “So this one [versus the Dolphins] is really important because it’s on the road. They obviously have a really high-powered offense.”
