It was a shocking decision by Tampa Bay head coach Bruce Arians to announce his retirement from coaching the team.

While rumors make the rounds of the internet, until recently, there was no love lost between the quarterback and the head coach, as Brady and Arians have always showcased their gratitude for each other.

Just moments after Arians made his decision public, the Buccaneers QB was quick to take a moment to thank his former coach through Instagram.

On a similar note, Arians expressed his affection for the quarterback and quashed all the rumors about their alleged on-field feud.

While the celebrities are bidding goodbye to their longtime head coach, fans are still uncomfortable with the decision. Many are certain that Brady’s return has led Arians to step away from his duties.

Michael Hurley said the organization had to decide between Brady and Arians, and the franchise could not afford a player like Brady to leave the team and hence the decision in force came to be.

Arians left the coaching world better than he found it. Having spent 50 years of his precious life in this domain, Bruce has achieved more than anyone could ever imagine.

He began his coaching journey at Virginia Tech in 1975 and ended a phenomenal career with the Bucs this offseason. He was working as the head coach of the Arizona Cardinals since 2013 before taking up the job at Tampa Bay in 2019.
