Joint practice sessions often turn out to be a mistake for the decision-makers, as most of the time teams end up fighting each other. Even though it was during the preseason games, players often end up losing their cool on the field. This time it was a brawl between the reigning Super Bowl champions Los Angeles Rams and runner-ups Cincinnati Bengals. Their bad blood last season turned out to be a serious back-and-forth that resulted in players taking on each other. It has only been a few months since the Super Bowl face-off, and the teams are still holding their grudges afresh. It was a joint practice session ahead of the Rams’ third preseason game against the Cincinnati Bengals on August 28. However, it turned out to be a mess when players started jumping at each other. Rams’ veteran star Aaron Donald was the one who caught most of the attention.

By holding two Bengals’ helmets in his hand, the defensive tackle used it as a weapon to vent his anger on the opponents. It took no time for this incident to spread like a wildfire, with netizens now demanding a suspension.
Although it was not the first time for teams to get indulged in a serious brawl during the training camps. But things went out of control after Donald started swinging the helmets. This event resembles a similar incident that happened a few years ago in 2019.
Defensive end Myles Garrett received a six-game suspension that year for his actions against the Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph. He similarly hit the signal caller using the helmets. Fans are now urging for a likely suspension that could cost him a few of the regular season games.
Aaron Donald gets roasted by the Twitterverse
The 31-year-old defensive tackle is one of the impeccable assets of the Rams. And losing him at this point might prove costly for their regular season aspirations. The Pittsburgh product has been an eight-time Pro Bowler and won Super Bowl last season. Expectations are much higher from him, but this time, fans were unhappy with his actions.
One user mentioned that Donald doesn’t deserve to be in the league.
This guy doesn’t have what it takes to be the face of NFL

Another user joined the conversation by asking the league to suspend him.
No excuse. Suspend that man

While this player made a bold statement against Donald for his actions.
This not about an "emotional" response to the Super Bowl, this is a product of Aaron Donald being a dirty player, this is not an isolated incident, Donald has been known for being extremely violent and with an explosive temper. He should be suspended.

Yup just said the same thing. Joint practices already have tension and then you add the factor the last time they played is the SB? 🤦🏻♂️
