Mattel, a toy company with a net worth of $7.46B as of August 2023, has teamed up with the NFL, the most valuable sports league in the world with an estimated worth of more than $91 billion. The 2023 NFL Season is about to start, and Mattel is celebrating with a new and special collectible.

Mattel’s Fisher-Price brand has created 32 new Little People Collector sets inspired by all of the NFL teams. Each set features four figures, including two players and two superfans dressed in team-inspired gear. The figures are designed to make game day more fun and exciting for fans of all ages.

These sets are essential sports collectibles that honor every team, its fans, and players, showcasing the greatness of the sport. Fans can buy them exclusively on the Mattel Creations website. But that’s not all. Mattel is also offering a chance for fantasy football league players to have their images turned into Little People figures. From August 21 until September 7, NFL lovers can enter a contest on the Mattel Creations website to have their fantasy football league immortalized as a Little People superfan set. Up to 12 members of the winning league will be depicted with a personalized jersey and a custom collector’s box.

Mattel enhanced its toy offerings by introducing football-themed elements to two other lines. Uno launched a fresh edition with NFL team colors and graphics, while American Girl offers NFL cheer outfits, fan attire, and doll-sized tees. According to reports, they earn most of their money from media deals and sponsorships, making over $16 billion in 2018. They’ve joined forces with YouTube, a big online video platform, in a major deal. This year, YouTube’s TV and Primetime Channels subscribers can get NFL Sunday Ticket.
