It is not unusual for NFL players to test out their basketball skills. Especially when the offseason is underway, athletes try to keep themselves in shape by doing all kinds of activities. Similarly, the Rams’ WR Odell Beckham Jr. loves to hoop in the offseason and has insane dunk skills. But he is not alone in this group. The Packers’ WR Davante Adams and former 49ers QB Colin Kaepernick joined him.
In a video that surfaced on social media, all these NFL players show off their highly well-executed dunks. Kaepernick posted the clip originally on his Instagram account, making people shower heaps of praise for him. Some even called it a monster dunk worthy of a dunk contest. He threw a 180-degree slam dunk.

In addition, the Rams’ WR, Odell, posted a clip of him paying an homage to the NBA legend LeBron James. He says in the video, “Man!!! Shoutout my dawg, LeBron. We just out here on the court. Hooping. Chillin’.” He then smashes a huge dunk catching everybody’s eyes on social media.
However, the Packers‘ WR, Davante Adams, delivered the mother of all dunks. He posted a clip on his Instagram account of doing a 360-degree slam dunk. Out of the group of three, it appears that Adams had the most insane dunk.
What does the future look like for Odell Beckham Jr., Kaepernick, and Davante Adams?
As the LA Rams clinched the Lombardi trophy in Super Bowl LVI, OBJ played a significant part. However, he was out of the game in the second half. Nevertheless, the free agent is looking to make a comeback with the Rams as the team seems to sign a new contract with him ahead of the 2022 season.

However, many NFL veterans believe his performance will drop without Aaron Rodgers. In addition, Kaepernick is still looking to make a comeback to the NFL. He was let go by the 49ers after his on-field protest against racial and social injustice in the US.
As the NFL invited Kaepernick for a workout to showcase his abilities, it is still unclear what the future holds for him. However, this slam dunk montage appears to be something different than the NFL players are used to dealing with on-field. And it also seems like a long time ago.
