The exceptional abilities of Tyreek Hill as a WR is one that needs no introduction to NFL fans. Hill had a turbulent introduction to the NFL in the 2016 drafts because of accusations of physically assaulting his girlfriend. But the Kansas City Chiefs took their chances and drafted him in the fifth round. The first six seasons saw Tyreek Hill recording 439 receptions for 6,630 yards and 56 touchdowns.
With the Miami Dolphins acquiring the WR from the Chiefs back in March 2022, they immediately gave Hill a four-year $120 million extension, making him the highest-paid WR in the league. And now, fans get a glimpse of ‘The Cheetah’ prepping for the new season of the league, as he shares his jaw-dropping workout routine.

As a WR, Hill boasts amazing speed and agility, earning the nickname ‘Cheetah.’ He is not just quick, but also a well-built athletic player in the league. And to maintain such explosive strength and agility, Tyreek Hill maintains a rigid workout routine that he follows with strict discipline to be at the peak of his performance.
Hill recently took to Instagram to share a story of himself gearing up for the new season of the league. In the story, we see the 29-year-old showing off his toned abs and muscles, as he is engaged in a workout involving cycling. Like other players, Tyreek Hill also gives special attention to working out his lower body to maintain the explosive power that we witness in the NFL. He set career-high numbers in his debut for the Dolphins, with 119 receptions and 1,710 receiving yards. This makes him the top option in the WR department for QB Tua Tagovailoa, who is recovering from a concussion sustained last season.
While Tyreek Hill continues his training ahead of the start of the new season, he also recently had a breakout moment in Netflix’s new docuseries called ‘Quarterback’.

The first episode of the docuseries that was released yesterday, follows the initial journey of Patrick Mahomes that took place ahead of the beginning of the 2022 season. They also talked about Mahomes and his teammate knowing about Tyreek Hill being traded to the Dolphins, making them lose one of their strongest offensive player on the field.
HC Andy Reid talked about the departure of Hill meant that their pass-game would be a little off. But that did not deter Mahomes as he said, “Hey, we’re going to work at it.” Reid further talked about how the QB put in more dedicated work in building cohesion with the wide receivers, spending more time with them than most QBs in the league.
As the new season of the league approaches, fans will be waiting in anticipation to see the former teammates battle it out on the field and create more iconic moments to look back at.
