After Aviation Gin became the official gin sponsor of the NFL, owner Ryan Reynolds notched things up. The actor revealed it by releasing a hype video featuring the QB with the best beard. Even though the Deadpool actor was not in the video, he kept his presence via voiceovers.

In a video shared by Ryan Reynolds, Ryan Fitzpatrick opens the commercial. He introduced himself as the “New Official Ryan” for the League’s official gin partner. He addressed the departure of Reynolds, joking that he is dealing with some other type of football; i.e. soccer. To give out context, Ryan Reynolds is the co-owner of Wrexham AFC.

Fitzmagic then hand-combs his beard, wondering whether the actor’s facial hair is convenient for the job as a gin spokesperson. The commercial concludes with the former quarterback sipping a Negroni and proclaiming it as the ‘greatest of all time.’

The Ryan Fitzpatrick commercial hit subtle jabs over Tom Brady

Many NFL Fans would be quick to realize, but some of the Amish Rifle’s references were towards Tom Brady. People were scurrying in February to figure out who that motherf****r was that Brady was referring to in an episode of HBO’s The Shop. Multiple names like Derek Carr and Jimmy Garoppolo were on the list. However, Ryan Fitzpatrick believed that the Buccaneers QB referred him during the rant.

When the claims got some attention, Tom Brady denied it in an episode of his Sirius XM Podcast. According to TB12, his rant was not over Fitzmagic. He praised the former quarterback and acknowledged their earlier clashes. Brady is not clear why the former quarterback would believe he is after him.
