There is no thrill without Aaron Rodgers making an offseason headliner. Throughout the offseason, the Packers’ QB was in the spotlight for some or other updates. Even though the preseason period is almost over, Rodgers is not backing out of making a splash. Him publicly accepting the use of psychedelics has set the NFL Universe ablaze. But Shannon Sharpe has alarming concerns over Rodgers’ statement.

Aaron Rodgers’ recent podcast appearance uncovers an unexpected secret about his efficiency. The quarterback discusses his mental health and admits the usage of psychedelics in his life. Given the amount of stress they face, the relaxation techniques are plausible. However, A-Rod’s strategies are jarring.

 

The public acceptance of the usage of psychedelics by Aaron Rodgers leaves out big questions. But HOF TE Shannon Sharpe is not worried about it. He has no objections to Rodgers’ methods. However, the NFL will not agree with him. Sharpe is concerned about what NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell will think about it.

Sharpe mentions via TMZ, “I’m sure the NFL is probably going to give him a call and say, ‘That’s not a good look.’ I’m sure the commissioner is going to reach out and have a conversation with him.” Sharpe said, adding, “I don’t know the NFL is too happy about him taking hallucinogens.”

The NFL takes no chances with drugs and substance abuse. It makes no difference how famous or how many fans an athlete has if one endorses or uses a prohibited substance. Aaron Rodgers attributed much of his back-to-back MVP success to the psychedelic ayahuasca. However, it is yet to see whether the NFL will ultimately penalize Rodgers for it.

Aaron Rodgers encourages others to be ‘Unapologetically Themselves’

Aaron Rodgers opening up about his use of ayahuasca is a legitimate side of the QB that no one ever saw. Rodgers is a star figure in the NFL and often gets in the target line for the offseason antics. However, he does not care what others think about his style of living. During his most recent podcast appearance, Aaron also encouraged other athletes to be like themselves.

Rodgers mentions, “If I can do anything today and through; go on the Pat McAfee Show and some of the interviews I’ve done last couple years is to continue to give out a permission slip for people to be unapologetically themselves.

The athlete is an open personality, and his encouragement might have a positive influence on other athletes as well.
