The Boston Celtics came away with a huge comeback win on the road in game 1 of the NBA finals. They shocked the Golden State Warriors and are now in the driving seat for the rest of the series. Jaylen Brown ignited a massive comeback in the fourth quarter of the game.
NFL legend and current FOX Sports Analyst Shannon Sharpe celebrated the Celtics’ victory in style. To start the show UNDISPUTED, he chugged in Mountain Dew which he won from a bet with Skip Bayless. It’s almost common for Shannon and Skip Bayless to wager on Mountain Dew during big games.

The Celtics were underdogs heading into this match. However, they didn’t play like the underdogs, as their players made the most of their first NBA Finals appearance. The NBA finals have started well, and fans are excited for the rest of the series.
Skip and Shannon have once again placed their bet for Game 2. Unsurprisingly, they will be rooting for the same teams again. However, this time Skip might get the better of Shannon because the Warriors wouldn’t want to lose two straight home games.
Jaylen Brown marked his first NBA Finals appearance in style
Even though Jayson Tatum is the face of the franchise, it was Jaylen Brown who was huge for their win in Game 1. He scored 24 points and led the surge for his team’s comeback in the 4th quarter.

Apart from him, Al Horford had a great game. The veteran made 26 points and massive shots to close out the Warriors at their own home court. Moreover, Derrick White, brought in from the Spurs via trade, had a nice outing. He played well on defense and also scored 21 points.
The Boston Celtics outscored the Golden State Warriors by 40-16 in the 4th quarter of the game. It was a big meltdown. As a result, the Warriors need to win the next game at any cost. If they go 0-2 in the series, and with the next two games yet to be played in Boston, things could get over pretty quickly.
