Colin Kaepernick has been out of the league for more than five years now. Still, there isn’t any indication that he will be making a return to the NFL any time soon. Recently, NFL legend Warren Moon gave his thoughts on the Kaepernick situation.
He firmly believes that Kap is still not that old and can play when called upon. Moon thinks that since Kaepernick hasn’t been active on the field in such a long time, his body will be good to go. However, Moon isn’t sure whether Colin Kaepernick will actually get an opportunity to play again in the NFL.

Former Vikings quarterback said, “If anybody could give it a try if he gets the opportunity I think Colin could do it. I just don’t know if he’s going to get that opportunity. I just don’t think the NFL you know kind of wants that back in once that subject back into the league.”
Moon added, “So, hopefully, he does get that chance as a team out there that will reach out and give him an opportunity but um just thinking off the top of my head I just those owners they have a very close-knit unit, and uh once they make their minds up they don’t want to do something it doesn’t happen.”
Warren Moon’s made some bold comments about the owners. If they have made up their mind about not giving an opportunity to Kap, there is very less chance that we may see Kaepernick again playing in the NFL.

Colin Kaepernick worked out with the Las Vegas Raiders this offseason
Many thought that Colin Kaepernick was close to making a return to the league this summer. He had worked out with the Las Vegas Raiders, and there were positive comments about it.
However, none of that actually materialized, and nobody gave the former San Francisco 49ers quarterback an opportunity yet again. His fans, who had high hopes this time around, were let down once again. Things like that are making people believe that Kaepernick’s time in the league is done, and we might not see him ever again on an NFL team.
