Chad Johnson took to Instagram to share that he thinks Davante Adams is the best route runner in the league. He shares a clip of Adams’ play on his Instagram to make his point. He feels that once a player masters beating and manipulating the press, you’re already one of the best in the league.
Further, Johnson says that he doesn’t even need to post a full clip of Davante running as it’s an understood point. Moreover, he is adamant about not changing his mind with respect to Adams and his prowess in the NFL.
Posting on his Instagram, Chad said, “When i say [Davante Adams] is the best route runner in the league please stop trying to argue with me, i don’t even need to post a full route, once you master manipulating & beating press consistently it separates you from the rest if anyone wants to continue arguing create a PowerPoint presentation w/ Adams, Diggs & K Allen in man to man only…”

There were speculations that Adams was unable to come to an understanding on a long-term deal with Green Bay; leading the Packers to use the franchise tag on the 29-year-old. However, Adams had no interest in playing under the franchise tag, and the relationship between the two sides was simply broken beyond repair.
As Chad Johnson says, Adams has been doing his thing consistently and deserves the huge payout. Adams joins forces with Derek Carr in the hope of winning a Super Bowl, one he couldn’t win while he was at the Packers.
