What was the Twitter exchange about?
Anthony ‘Ant-Man’ Edwards of the Timberwolves recently tweeted regarding the NFL. With Gronkowski announcing his sudden retirement, it seems Brady will have to go through the 2022 season without his close friend. This vacancy seems to have piqued the curiosity of the Ant-Man. The media recently caught the NBA star on tape on the NFL field. He seemed to be practicing his throwing and catching skills.
Brady’s interest was obvious. But he had one minor issue which he hilariously put in his reply. He said, “Ant I know the money is good but you’re playing the wrong sport bro @NFL”. He just wanted to know if Ant was sure about crossing over to NFL despite the high pay on offer.

What’s Tom Brady planning to do after 2022?
Many analysts believe 2022 to be Brady’s last season in the NFL. While the QB himself has not mentioned anything to that effect, there is general consensus on the same. This has been based on his retirement after the 2021 season. Despite his subsequent un-retirement, there have been many opinions regarding Brady’s career being at its end.
Brady’s lucrative deal with Fox Sports has furthered this discussion. The Bucs QB signed a $375 million deal with Fox for 10 years after his retirement. He would be joining the NFL team as an analyst. It now remains to be seen whether Brady would like to have Gronk back and replace him with some other star for what may be his last season in the NFL.
