Russell Wilson got a load of brand-new merchandise from Liverpool FC during his trip to the UK. In a video shared by the NFL UK, Wilson shows off his customized Liverpool jersey and a new pair of shoes that he and his family got from the Premier League club.

Wilson had starred in a commercial for Subway, introducing the ‘Dangerwich’ to the menu. The commercial was termed awkward by the fans and later reports said that the fast-food giant removed the delicacy from their menu.

Russell Wilson has had a tough start to the new season after joining the Broncos from the Seattle Seahawks. In the six games the QB has played, he has completed just 58.6% of his attempted passes. Last season, he had completed 64.8% of his passes for the Seahawks. The QB only has five touchdowns in those six games. Four of the games have ended in a defeat for the Broncos.

Wilson sat out the game week seven matchup against the New York Jets due to a hamstring injury. The Broncos lost 16-9. The QB is now looking to make a statement return against the Jaguars in Sunday Night Football on foreign soil. A win against the Jaguars will do both Wilson and the Broncos a load of good.
