The Russell Wilson trade is just not working out for the Denver Broncos. The QB had another bad day in the office as the Rams blew away the Broncos. And he was at the heart of multiple turnovers in the game. Fans are so mad that they have drawn odd parallels between Wilson’s $25 million asset and his performance for the franchise this season.

The Broncos signed Wilson on a blockbuster deal from the Seattle Seahawks this offseason. But he hasn’t shown the form that won him the Super Bowl against this very team all those years ago.

The Rams rubbed salt on the wounds of the already down-and-out Broncos as they tore their defense apart. Russell Wilson was a little more than an onlooker as Baker Mayfield and Co. ran 51-14 victors in a week 16 Christmas day clash. After the game, a weird fact emerged about Wilson’s $25 million mansion and his numbers for the Broncos this season.

The NFL world was quick to draw parallels between the numbers. And in turn, the fans trolled the Broncos QB left and right after another shocking performance. This fan gives a reason for Wilson having so many bathrooms in his mansion.

Another fan blames the Broncos for paying Wilson so much money.

A fan jokingly gives Wilson’s stats for the season, basketball style.

This fan wants to know more about the bathrooms.

For this fan, the analogy is really appropriate.

Another fan thinks having more kitchens is the way forward for Wilson.

Well, that was brutal. But it was still way less brutal than the way the reigning Super Bowl champions mauled Wilson and the Broncos.
