NFL Analyst Shows Remorse For Unmarried Quarterbacks Especially Aaron Rodgers: “The Answers Aren’t Always Simple”

NFL Analyst Colin Cowherd draws an allegorical comparison between football and marriage following A-Rod’s post-match comment after the loss against the Jets. While reacting to what Aaron Rodgers had to say, Cowherd explained that the savant QB has to reconstruct his idea of ‘simplistic’ football. According to Cowherd, football is just like a complex marriage, which involves great teamwork, just the opposite of what Rodgers believes.

On a surprising Sunday in the NFL, favorites Green Bay Packers faced an alarming 27-10 defeat to the New York Jets. The Packers had yet another inept offensive outing. While talking about this, Aaron Rodgers admitted that there’s a clear lack of in that department. As a solution, he suggested, “simplify things in our own mind.” This comment prompted Cowherd to rank Mahomes higher than Rodgers in terms of marital status.

Though he mentioned the team’s complex gameplay as the reason behind their poor run.

Undoubtedly, Cowherd did not like Aaron Rodgers’ comments after their loss to the New York Jets. In reply, Cowherd went after Rodgers again for his marital status. “Simplify things, yeah [Klyle] Shanahan, [Bill] Belichick, and Andy Reid, Sean Payton, they have very simple teams, not,” Cowherd continued. “Simplicity is not the answer; football’s hard. It’s complex, there’s obstacles for the winning team with great quarterbacks.”

The ‘unfinished’ love story of Rodgers and Woodley

From July 2020, rumors of the Rodgers-Woodley relationship began to swirl, after the NFL star broke up with his then-girlfriend, Danica Patrick. After hiding their romance in public for months, Rodgers dropped the news of his engagement with Woodley during his acceptance speech for the 2020 AP MVP Award.
