The long-awaited regular season has finally begun. This Sunday night football of 2023, the Dallas Cowboys are all set to compete against the New York Giants. It’s not a rare match as the rivals have been against each other twelve times before and this match will mark their thirteenth bout against each other.
The Cowboys have previously won 8 conference championships along with winning the Super Bowl 5 times. Whereas, the Giants have won the Super Bowl Championships 4 times and the NFL championships also 4 times. Cowboys seem to be dominating in terms of winning but Giants have made a massive move this season before setting their foot on-field. The team has got a steal in their trade with the Chiefs.

The reason behind accepting Darren Waller as their tight end
Last season, Waller had a hamstring injury because of which he couldn’t play much. The tight end had to miss eight games because of his injury. However, the Maryland-born managed to catch 28 passes for 388 yards and he also successfully landed 3 touchdowns.
The idea behind this trade is to boost the team’s offensive talent around the quarterback, Daniel Jones. Jones had passed for 3,205 yards along with fifteen touchdowns. The real test is just around the corner with the match of the Cowboys against the Giants this Sunday.
