The Super Bowl-winning WR suffered an ACL tear in his left knee. He sustained the injury against the Cincinnati Bengals in Super Bowl LVI. This was the second ACL tear of his career. Currently, the former Los Angeles Rams wide receiver, Odell Beckham Jr. is a free agent. As the future of the 29-year-old remains dangling, it seems like he may want to play with his original drafters, the New York Giants.

Did OBJ hint at his return to the team? Well, a fan mentioned him on a social media post. The wide receiver acknowledged the comment.
The comment read, “Come back to New York, we need you ASAP no rocky (Odell Beckham Jr.) (New York Giants)”. Beckham replied, “that was (fire emojis)!! we’ll seeeeee I do miss my d*mn squad! Wanted to win a ring for that city.” Could it be that he was hinting at his reunion with the Giants? It seems like the fire inside OBJ hasn’t burned out yet.

Given that the wide receiver is an unsigned agent at the moment, he may be looking at his options. Even though Odell Beckham Jr. was an impactful wide receiver in the New York Giants, his sail with them was not smooth. In a strange interview with Josina Anderson from ESPN. Then in 2021, he signed a one-year deal with the Los Angeles Rams. There, he achieved a Super Bowl title. However, because of his second injury, he could only play till the second quarter. OBJ did not return. As far as Beckham joining the Giants is concerned, they do need strong wide receivers on their roster. Also, the Giants have substantial cap space available which can lure OBJ to the team.
