There seems to be something incomplete in the NFL ever since the day Drew Brees retired. His retirement marked the end of an era that saw the rivalry between Drew Brees and Tom Brady, the two all-time greats. The New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees has given Tom Brady a competition no one else has ever given.
And since the day Brees retired, Tom Brady has unleashed his wild side by naming all the remaining records his own. It has been an incredible season for the 44-year-old so far breaking records in almost every match he has played in, taking advantage of the absence of Drew Brees.

Tom Brady mocks Drew Brees hilariously
After his retirement in March, Brees has joined the NBC Sports’ broadcasting crew, and his impressive rally in his black and gold Saints uniform still echos around the Caesars Superdome. However, Brees was scheduled to call the Saints vs Bills matchup on Thanksgiving night. So the NBC broadcast team chose to honor the legend at halftime.
However, during his tribute moment, a familiar face popped on the jumbotron – Tom Brady. Although that jumbotron appearance was not that friendly, as Tom Brady picked on Drew Brees and said, “Thank you for retiring Drew, don’t ever come back.”

Their rivalry has produced some wonderful and epic moments. Brees played 20 seasons in his NFL career, 15 of them with the Saints. He retired with the all-time leading passing yardage of 80,358 yards. However, that milestone was then surpassed by Tom Brady this season.
