The fate of the Super Bowl 57 was decided over a holding penalty call, sparking outrage and somewhat of an attack towards the victors. For the first fifty-eight minutes, the game felt pretty even. Whatever the case might be, the fact of the matter is that the Philadelphia Eagles faced a heartbreaking defeat to the Kansas City Chiefs, leaving a lot of Eagles fans and players frustrated. With nothing left to be done, many players and fans took to social media to vent their anger. One such individual that caught many eyes was Leah Covey, wife of Eagles return man Britain Covey.

Leah Covey felt the Chiefs’ celebration was a bit over the line, and wanted to share her thoughts with her Tiktok community. No disrespect to the Chiefs, we definitely would’ve been celebrating too. It was just like, I don’t want to say a joke. I’m sorry if I offended anyone. That’s not what I meant. I have respect for all NFL players. They work so hard. So really, it’s like, any team would be deserving because I know how hard they work. I’m sure I’ll get hate for this video, but I wasn’t trying to cause drama. That’s not me and I just wanted to say sorry, and yeah that’s it,” she posted in a separate video.
