It was surely a very memorable day for the Baltimore Ravens quarterback, Lamar Jackson, as on Saturday, the Louisville alma mater got his Number 8 Football Jersey retired from the LSU Tigers. We can certainly term him as one of the greatest football players to set foot in the NCAA.
Hoards of fans and students crowding the Cardinals stadium attended the ceremony. The event was so colossal in scale that it caught the attention of many prominent sports figures, one of them being the NBA superstar LeBron James. He was mesmerized by the imposing legacy that the quarterback had established back in his day.

Lamar Jackson has earned the respect of the Lakers star LeBron James by being a Cardinals legend during his three-year tenure in Louisville. James has also lauded the quarterback for his accountability following the Ravens’ loss to the Raiders this season.

Jackson with an astonishing NCAA legacy
Lamar Jackson made himself a household name during his days with the Cardinals as he used to electrify crowds with his mesmerizing playmaking skills, posing as a dual threat to the opponent as a passer and a rusher. He also received the Heisman Trophy during his sophomore year and became the first-ever Cardinal to win the award.
He evidently continued his dynamism even after he started playing for the Baltimore Ravens in the NFL. Which made him receive the MVP honor in just his second season.
