Dak Prescott made a crucial error that could have set the tone in his opponent’s favor. In the Cowboys’ faceoff against the Philadelphia Eagles, Prescott threw a pick-six on his third pass. But the QB did not let his mistake hinder him from making the most of the rest of the game.

The quarterback looked impressive against the Eagles. Throwing 347 yards and 3 TDs over their divisional rivals was exhilarating for Cowboys fans. Currently, at 11-4, the Cowboys are gunning for the ultimate prize. So, how did the NFL world react to Prescott’s performance?

Fox Sports’ Daniel Helpman had quite the monologue prepared with regard to Prescott’s performance. In conversation with LeSean McCoy and others on ‘Speak’, a Sports talk show, he made his thoughts loud and clear. He said, “All I know is Dak Prescott went up against arguably the best defense in the league, my man got sacked six times on Saturday, the Cowboys running backs average 2.9 yards per carry, Shady you’ve been using for weeks ‘What can Dak do when nothing is else is working?’ “ Helman answered his own rhetorical question that was directed at McCoy. After listening to Helman’s argument, one would assume that he was the biggest fan of the Cowboys.

He added, “He can put up a perfect score against zone defense, go 24 of 24, 300 yards, first 300-yard passer against the Eagles this year by the way.” Helman’s passionate monologue went on to explain how Prescott went up against one of the best units in the league and came back from an unforgivable mistake. He also said that this was arguably Prescott’s best game of the season, as the QB led the Cowboys to a thrilling 40-34 victory.

Prescott and the Cowboys look confident

Saturday’s game gave fans glimpses of brilliant throws that dazzled the home crowd. CeeDee Lamb’s connection with his QB was visible through and through. The QB had a perfect Christmas with his first 300-yard game of the season and a home win.
