As they say, Coach Prime on Amazon Prime happened with a bang. The Hall of Famer signing with Jackson State back in 2020 was a phenomenon in itself. In his three illustrious seasons of coaching for the JSU Tigers, he broke all those college records and led the team to its first-ever 12–0 campaign in the program’s history.

Meanwhile, this series of events and the training program will be aired through the four-part docu-series produced by SMAC Entertainment. It will premiere on December 29 via the streaming platform Amazon Prime, which had recently expanded its sports business and launched a Live Thursday Night Football broadcast.

Meanwhile, Coach Prime was pumped to reveal the news as he credited Jackson State for the support and his trained athletes. “I am honored and elated to share this inside look at how our program made history as JSU’s first undefeated regular season football team,” Sanders said via Variety.

“This group of young men are smart, tough, fast, and disciplined with character, and together, we were able to dominate all season long. You’ll see it all this season – the highs and lows and the way this community came together. This is the most resilient and inspiring group of people I have ever met. I can’t say enough about the people of Jackson,” he added, hyping the docu-series.
