Tyreek Hill used to be a Kansas City Chief. He had a great record, a brotherhood of teammates, and a healthy relationship with his coaches. Therefore, Tyreek Hill leaving the Chiefs for a $120 million contract with the Dolphins came as a shock. The wide receiver left just a year after the Chiefs had won against the 49ers for the Super Bowl. However, at the time, there seemed to be no logical reason for Hill to leave. Recently, the star wide receiver revealed his motivation to become a Miami Dolphin.

Hill spoke on Shannon Sharpe’s show and talked about his reason to leave the Chiefs. The topic came up when Sharpe asked Hill about the point of giving up being a Chief. On Shannon Sharpe’s show, Tyreek Hill revealed his reasons for leaving.
The side of Tyreek Hill
Tyreek Hill spoke about the reason behind him leaving a team that had won the Super Bowl. Furthermore, the receiver had formed deep brotherly bonds with the other players. Hence, his leaving was very unexpected. He revealed the reason while speaking to Sharpe.
He mentioned in the interview that there were some communication issues among the team with him and the coach. He mentioned, “My coach would be like hey we got to get you involved we got to get you involved and I’m like no y’all need to get me involved yesterday don’t tell me about it today.” There were obviously some issues with regard to communications in the team. Hill also mentioned that his agent was constantly telling him about better opportunities. However, Hill was adamant at first.

Hill’s desire to play with his brothers
Even with some internal conflict and lack of communication, the wide receiver was eager to play with his brother-like teammate. Hill spoke about his characteristics in terms of his love for the sport and his type of gameplay. He mentioned his love for teammates like Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce. He also said, “I’m the type of guy like I love playing ball and I love you know being by the team because football is a team sport,” and talked about his love for the game.
Tyreek Hill showcased his immense love for both the game as well as his teammates from the Chiefs. However, some communication issues among other things caused the wide receiver to consider options. He is now a well-paid receiver for the Miami Dolphins. However, one must wonder the success rate Hill would’ve tracked with the Chiefs had it not been for the issues that existed.
