Antonio Brown can’t go too long without stirring the pot. The NFL’s resident menace has once again taken to berating former teammates. While fans are unsurprised by AB’s antics, what once caught public interest is now a cause of annoyance. Brown has a reputation for being unhinged on the internet. His Twitter profile is a logbook of scattered thoughts and sometimes nonsensical opinions.

Antonio Brown hasn’t come back to play with the league since exiting mid-game early this year. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers released AB and the wide receiver went his way. After the controversies he’s been involved in, it does seem like no team will want to extend the WR an offer any time soon. Before displaying a series of bizarre antics, AB was on a good trajectory. Tom Brady extended a helping hand to the receiver and together they were able to win  Super Bowl. This year, Brown has taken to trolling his former QB on numerous occasions. His most recent shot at Brady came after the Bucs lost to the San Francisco 49ers. So, what did AB say this time around?

Antonio Brown has it out for his former quarterback for unknown reasons

Tom Brady hasn’t that the best of seasons. The seven-time Super Bowl champion has been struggling for most of this season. Additionally, the spotlight on his personal life before and after his divorce from supermodel Gisele Bündchen has not been the easiest to navigate. With the walls closing in around him, there’s no doubt Brady felt the pressure get to him. The Bucs’ most recent loss came against the 49ers in a 35-7 defeat. The game left Tampa Bay’s record at a dismal 6-7.

Not one to let people be, AB tweeted an image of Brady being choked out by a player from the Niners. He captioned the picture, “I got the game in a squeeze.” Brown deleted the tweet almost immediately. But the thing about the internet is that once something is made public it’s almost impossible to remove all traces of it. And for someone like AB who is constantly watched by fans, his deftness in deleting the tweet came a second too late. But this tweet is far tamer than his previous attacks on Brady. The wide receiver has previously taken shots at TB12’s divorce as well.

Antonio Brown continues to wreak havoc in the NFL world. His attempts at humor have become irksome. When AB first came to the league, he showed promise. What could’ve been a sensational career has become an object of ridicule. Brady is not the only victim of the former WR’s trolling. AB has targeted other players in the leagues well.

Brown is an enigma to the NFL world. Despite his controversial statements and unsavory actions, AB has managed to amass a unit of loyal followers who defend him. And defending the former receiver is a full-time job, given the number of controversies AB manages to get himself into. The receiver’s statements and actions have not amused big names in the league. AB is criticized often but the receiver doesn’t seem bothered. Most recently, the receiver was issued an arrest warrant. As AB goes in and out of one controversy after another, the NFL world can do nothing but watch his descent to rock bottom.
