Although the date of the fixtures won’t release until mid-May, the league has already revealed that the Chargers will host the Rams for a home fixture. But since the SoFi Stadium is the sharing home field for both the teams, it will be interesting to see which team ends up calling it a home game.
It is believed that since the Rams have claimed the Super Bowl title, most of the Stadium will be there to support the Aaron Donald side. If the Rams keep intact for the 2022 season, then it will only be a menace for Justin Herbert to deal with that defense. It is believed to be on the best defenses in the league, courtesy of Aaron Donald, Von Miller, and Jalen Ramsey. And for a third-year player, to deal with them would be a mammoth task.
However, the Chargers might also get the likes of a rookie that could help them save a spot in the Super Bowl, just like as Ja’Mar Chase did to the Bengals. But that idea seems to be far-fetched. Would you bet on the Chargers against the Rams next season? Let us know in the comments below!
