The NFL is yet to release the fixtures of the 2022 season games. However, the NFL opponents chart revealed that the Kansas City Chiefs are set to meet the Buffalo Bills for a rematch of the Divisional Round Game. It is surely going to be one of the most anticipated games of the season since their previous encounter had many questions to answer. 

 

The AFC Divisional Round game between the two AFC beasts was one big battle. Neither of the two sides was ready to back down, not to mention the two young quarterbacks, Patrick Mahomes and Josh Allen, who put up quite a show. The outcome of the game was decided in the overtime, where Allen did not get the chance to run the ball.

The NFL was divided into two. One was in favor of the outcome, the other was not. Since both the quarterbacks were playing exceptionally well that night, many believed the coin toss to be the deciding factor. Though the outcome of the game was decided, it was sure that the game was not over yet.

Following the game, Mahomes vs. Allen was the talk of NFL town. It was believed that a new age rivalry had been born, following the footsteps of the iconic Brady vs. Manning era. 

Buffalo Bills vs. Kansas City Chiefs in 2022 regular season

The NFL 2022 regular season is scheduled to kick off on Thursday, Sept. 8. Surprisingly, fate crosses the paths of the two young rivals once again, and that too, in the same place. The Buffalo Bills will be on road to meet the Kansas City Chiefs in the Arrowhead Stadium, the same field where the Chiefs ended Bills’ 2021 campaign.

Quarterback Josh Allen will be in search of redemption. While Mahomes will have his glory at stake. It is a no-brainer that the game is going to be one of the fiercest battles of the season. And it will be seen who claims the win this time.
