The Green Bay Packers failed to make it to the NFC Championship game this postseason despite clinching the No. 1 seed in the NFC. However, they will be on the lookout for redemption next season. The NFL has released its opponent list in January. And one of the most anticipating games next season would be the Green Bay Packers vs. Dallas Cowboys matchup.

However, for the time being, tensions loom over the Packers to get their star players like quarterback Aaron Rodgers and wide receiver Davante Adams to stay with the franchise despite not having enough space in their salary cap. The Packers are planning to bid certain players goodbye in order to accommodate them.

But since Rodgers is apparently happy with the franchise, he might as well stay with them for another dance-off in 2022. And if he stays, it would be interesting to see the Lambeau light up in his presence. Rodgers wouldn’t compromise a dime this time to get another Super Bowl with the Packers.

However, the title wouldn’t come so easily. Rodgers will have to leap over a few tough teams throughout the regular season to clinch a No. 1 NFC seed for the third consecutive season. One of those opponents would be Dak Prescott and his electrifying offense.

Dak will also be seeking redemption after failing to make the Divisional Round against the San Francisco 49ers. He missed by a couple of seconds to make a potential game-tying play in the end. He would not make the same mistake twice and will be prepared to get the Cowboys their worthy title next time.
