Gisele Bündchen changed a lot of things from her early days in the fashion industry. She quit smoking and other harmful practices, eventually prioritizing her health. And she has kept at it since, enabling an effortless and flawless comeback into the fashion world recently, after her divorce. However, it wasn’t just the physical wellness she preached.

Was there an implication about Tom Brady and the divorce?
Gisele and former New England Patriots and Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady spent 13 years together, having two kids, Benjamin and Vivian Lake. However, while Bündchen stepped down from the fashion throne to attend to her family, Brady didn’t reciprocate when his time came. Last year, 44-year-old Tampa Tom retired and then cancelled it in 40 days.
Gisele had waited enough and the couple ultimately divorced in October 2022. “It can get intense out there and we can get easily distracted by the noise. Awareness is key. What energy are you nurturing? Remember, we are the co-creators of our reality. What we believe, we create,” the second part of her wellness tip read.

Bündchen and Brady always bonded over the nutrition freak that they both were. From lemon water, tea, a mostly plant-based diet, and sometimes raw food when on vacation, Gisele knows how to remain in the best shape. She has also removed caffeine and dairy from her diet.

“80 percent of what they eat is vegetables. [I buy] the freshest vegetables. If it’s not organic, I don’t use it. And whole grains: brown rice, quinoa, millet, and beans. The other 20 percent is lean meats,” Brady and Bündchen’s private chef, Allen Campbell, told the Boston Globe in 2016. And it doesn’t look like much has changed after the divorce.
