In 2018, Benjamin, Brady’s and Gisele’s son was 8 years old. And the kid had a very tricky question for her mother. He asked her, “Mom, what’s a celebrity?” To which Bündchen had to very carefully contemplate her answer. According to her, it was important to explain to her son the actual meaning of being popular against the meaning of being important. “A celebrity is simply someone that has a job that is more public than other jobs … It doesn’t mean that the job is more important than other jobs,” explained the supermodel.

She highlighted the professions like teachers and workers who are equally important but may not be as popular as some celebrities. She even explained to her son how his father was a celebrity because millions of people watched football. Hence, it makes him a celebrity, but according to the supermodel’s answer, it does not make them more important. “There are so many incredible people doing incredible things in the world, their job is simply not visible,” added Gisele.
