Brady decided on football, but in a hilarious what-might-have-been move, he posted Photoshopped pictures of himself in the Expos uniform on Facebook. He captions, “21 years ago I was fortunate to be selected by the Expos in the 1995 MLB Draft. But….I’m so happy i stuck with football.”

The Montreal Expos picked Tom Brady in the 18th round of the MLB Draft when he was 17 years old. However, he prioritized college football at the University of Michigan, and the rest is history.

At Junipero Serra High School, Brady gained most of his notoriety. But he did not hold on to one sport. The GOAT played baseball in high school besides quarterbacking. He functioned as the first baseman. However, he switched to catcher in his senior year in 1995. They selected him as the catcher for the first-team All-West Catholic Athletic League baseball team during his senior year.

Because of his profile, Brady was a fascinating prospect in the baseball world. Behind the plate, his bat appeared impactful, and his arm insisted he could regulate the running game. However, his decision to follow and play football for Michigan rather than baseball slipped him down in the draft. Brady has a good grasp of the diamond field. But most of the credit goes to his sisters, who excelled at the collegiate level in softball. Brady grew up around them and probably got the knack for baseball from his siblings.
