Taking to Instagram, the Brazilian Supermodel shared a stunning picture of Tom Brady along with his two children, Benjamin and Vivian, and penned a special note for her husband. “Happy birthday to one of the most focused, disciplined, and fashionable person I know!” Bündchen wrote.

It has been more than 13 years since the duo got married, and their love for each other is constantly growing. Moreover, he also vowed to give his best and play his own game without any other thoughts. “I’ve realized I don’t have five years left, I want to do it my way. I want to give it everything I got and see where I’m at. My body feels really good.
