These discussions have already begun, with Todd Bowles showing a desire to reach an agreement this summer. Mike Evans showed flexibility by restructuring his deal to provide the Buccaneers additional cap space, as he has a salary cap hit of $23,698,500 in 2023. A suitable reference point for a potential new contract is Davante Adams, who landed a five-year, $140 million deal with the Las Vegas Raiders, including $65.67 million in guarantees.
