It is obvious that Tom Brady is not content with the results in what looks like his final year on the team. But his colleague Mike Evans opened up on what is going through his mind after Week 8 loss.

Tom Brady and the Buccaneers fell to the Baltimore Ravens in Week 8. It marks the third straight loss this season. The franchise crashed and burnt hard, and it seems Doomsday is nearing the team. However, Mike Evans is taking some accountability for the in-game blunders and also talked about the QB1’s game-winning mindset during the locker room press meet.

 

Mike Evans mentioned, “I mean, [Tom Brady’s] the best to ever do it. I mean, he hates losing. That’s all he knows is winning and being three and five is not good enough. So we gotta turn around and soon.”

When asked if the fingers are going over TB12, he said, “Nobody’s pointing a finger at Tom Brady. It’s the whole team. It’s a team game. The Ultimate Team game is not just one player, it never has been.”

WR Evans added it is difficult to lose and see everyone fall. Everyone wants to be happy and have a good time. However, losing is never enjoyable. As a result, they must turn around. The season isn’t over yet, so the team needs to be ready to start again.

Mike Evans’ viral autograph video gets clarification

The Mike Evans-NFL official exchanging what looked like an autograph, spread like a wildfire. It led to intense scrutiny of both entities. The NFL took the matter under investigation and provided some clarification. The league clarified that the two-game officials spotted with the Buccaneers wide receiver after the Week 7 matchup in Charlotte, North Carolina, did not ask for a signature.

As per NFL.com, there was no request for a signature from officials Jeff Lamberth, Tripp Sutter, or Mike Evans after the game. Lamberth wanted Evans’ phone number so he could give it to a pro golfer who could teach the receiver.
