However, that led to some backlash for the influencer, just days before her husband’s series was released.

What was interesting for fans to watch was days after the dolphin incident, Showtime Mahomes is now in the news again. And this time, it’s for his ‘en-vogue’ routine shared by QBs 42-Year-Old personal trainer.

The Showtimes Owl-Like Play: An unprecedented outlook

The Chiefs #QB1 Patrick Mahomes has a workout routine that keeps his gifted body in shape. And keeps him prepared to play every week. The mystery regimen has been revealed and is as simple as “ABC”. In the third episode of the Netflix docuseries, Mahomes’ personal trainer Bobby Stroupe provided a thorough explanation. He even convinced Stroupe to move to Kansas City so they could work together as he shared, “If you look at the beginning of my career when Bobby wasn’t here, I had a couple of high ankle sprains, I had a couple of little injuries here. And knock on wood, since Bobby has been here, we’ve kind of gotten rid of those things.”

Mahomes reveals his secret training routine with Stroupe, a dedicated coach who works with him three days a week outside of the Chiefs’ facility. Stroupe, 42, has a unique approach, dividing their time into days A, B, and C, focusing on different daily tasks. “‘A’ day is focused on rejuvenation and renewing the tissue. This involves a lot of manipulating the body in space, checking to see if everything works the way it should, getting to zero, get the base. ‘B’-day is focused on movement literacy and power development. So that Wednesday, I want him moving in the way he needs to move on Sunday. ‘C’ day is full speed. I want him to have movements that are faster than any movement he’d do in the game. Because then the game is gonna feel very slow. It’s gonna feel very comfortable.”

He even added how he tries to help Mahomes have an owl-like play. He talked about his agility as they credited Mahomes’ flexibility to his baseball history. “Patrick keeps his head perfectly still like an owl and (can) still be able to visually see what’s going on here and also manipulate his body due to the mobility that he has in his spine. He has strengthened his spine… And his hip-shoulder separation is the best that I’ve seen. I’ve worked with some of the hardest throwers in the sport of baseball and at the quarterback position. It’s incredible.”

Patrick’s positive mindset and the fantastic response to his regime and the series came as a relief after the unfortunate response to Brittany’s playdate with a dolphin during her vacation.
