Brady had to follow a strict daily schedule to ensure he could perform exceptionally well on the court. After a 9-hour sleep schedule, Brady consumes only healthy foods that contain protein and carbs. For a high-performing athlete like Brady, he needs to maintain more calorie intake than a normal human being. From his morning smoothie to his dinner, he eats and drinks specific foods and beverages, which include mostly vegan foods and very little organic meat.
It is very common for an athlete like Brady to drink more water than the required limit. The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine suggests that “Men should consume about 3.7 liters of water per day, and the required intake for women is about 2.7 liters.” But Brady revealed in his book “The TB12 Method” that he drinks 37 cups of water on active days, which is even more than the doubled amount of the normal requirement.
Brady consumes a lot of protein on a daily basis, and his physical activity is off the chart, resulting in his high intake of water. His water intake is about 8.75 liters per day. Besides his unusual habits, he also abides by other types of practices.

Unconventional methods that keep Brady in prime shape
In addition to Beady’s daily routine, he avoids dairy, sugary foods, gluten-containing products, refined carbohydrates, caffeinated beverages, and processed meats whenever he can. He also avoids foods that cause inflation and fruits like strawberries, tomatoes, and aubergines.
Besides his insane diet, he does tissue pliability therapy from once to twice a day. It helps him avoid any damage to the body. He also performs 4-5 days a week exercises to stay fit. Once in a while, Brady will also treat himself to a square of chocolate that only contains cacao.
