Although the details of the settlement remain undisclosed, the resolution was confirmed by Christopher Hamilton, Gampper’s attorney.

Jennifer Gampper initially filed the civil suit seeking damages exceeding $1 million. She claimed that one of Elliott’s dogs had inflicted “severe and permanent injuries” on her in an unprovoked attack. The case was set to go to trial on Monday in the 471st District Court. However, according to a court official, the lawsuit has now been resolved.
Furthermore, this is not the only legal matter surrounding Elliott. As reported by the Dallas Morning News, the running back still faces another lawsuit. In June 2021, an employee from a Prosper canine daycare facility filed a lawsuit against him. The details of this particular lawsuit have not been specified at this time.
