“Mahomes is A Josh Allen”: Kansas City Chiefs Football Fans Spoil ‘Intercepted’ Patrick Mahomes’s 28th Birthday Party

Patrick Mahomes, QB for the Kansas City Chiefs, faces fire from the fans with recent play. The 28-year-old led the team to a win in the match against the Jacksonville Jaguars. While some of the throws weren’t caught by the WRs, his long-ranged throws in the match were impeccable. The QB is expected to lead the Chiefs to another Super Bowl win after their win at the Super Bowl LVII in February 2023.

The Chiefs won the match by a staggering score of 17-9 and dominated the game throughout. Players like Travis Kelce and Chris Jones played a huge role in leading the Chiefs to this victory. The match came through for the Chiefs after their loss against the Detroit Lions in their season open. Additionally, Mahomes’ performance soared to new heights with his throwing capabilities.

Mahomes’ performance for the Chiefs

Patrick’s 28th birthday would have been celebrated with great pomp today. The QB’s performance ensured that the team made their mark against the Jaguars. Though initially, the Jaguars were dominating the lead at the start, the Chiefs came through with their attacks and scored the victory from right under their noses. During the match, Travis Kelce and Chirs Jones suffered injuries as well but managed to recover and come off the bench to help the Chiefs secure the win.

Unfortunately, the fans don’t seem too happy with Mahomes’ plays today. The Chiefs’ Twitter community went into a frenzy and compared him to Josh Allen. A user commented, “Mahomes is a Josh Allen that is elevated by GOAT Andy Reids playcalling.”

A user also wrote, “We all love it.”

Another fan harshly said, “hes so finished man”

More criticisms surfaced when a user wrote, “Mahomes is so overrated.”

Even though the Chiefs still managed to upstage the Jaguars, it doesn’t seem like the team set the bar with their performance, as the fans seem too harsh about it.

In this game, the Jaguars gave formidable competition to the Chiefs at the start but weren’t able to capitalize on their lead. They were leading by 3-0 in the start but the Chiefs overtook them soon and dominated the rest of the game. Travis Kelce’s injury seemed a bit drastic when he was taken off the field but soon returned to the game, just like Chris Jones.

The match ended with the Chiefs attaining a 9-point lead over the Jaguars in a very tight-knit match. Though Patrick’s performance was a big factor in their win today, the fans expected a lot more from him and don’t sound entirely happy. Chiefs will have to make some developments to their playmaking skills ahead of their match with the Chicago Bears on the 25th of September,2023.
