The Kansas City Chiefs clinched Super Bowl LVII last Sunday. And Brittany Mahomes kept the caption short and the emotions high during the Chiefs Super Bowl parade back home in the biting Missouri cold. The NFL world reacted to the Mahomes commemorating the win with a kiss.

Patrick Mahomes‘ behavior at the Chiefs championship parade made some noise. The drinking, letting a fan hold the Vince Lombardi Trophy, and, of course, the kiss. Mahomes won his second Super Bowl and Championship MVP after four years. And he celebrated the way he wanted.

Brittany Mahomes had an official snap of the kiss

The former pro soccer star and mother of two shared the collection of snaps at the Chiefs’ parade after husband Patrick led them to a 38-35 win over the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday.

“Two Time,” she captioned the photos on Instagram. Out of the nine photos shared, eight were with her husband Patrick. However, Brittany managed to sneak one in of her and the fans. But it was the on-stage kiss that caught the most attention as it showed the electric chemistry between the high school sweethearts.

Patrick’s younger brother Jackson commented first. “Mom and Dad,” he jokingly said.

“The way bro was last night, I’m expecting child 3 to be announced soon,” one fan said. However, the couple has not made any future announcements after Sterling and Bronze. “Let’s make it 3,” one fan wrote. This could be another baby reference or a plea for Patrick to get his third Lombardi.

Patrick’s drinking came up as well

Mahomes and Co had quite the season. After clinching the number one seed in the AFC, things took a turn when Patrick injured himself in the divisional-round playoff game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. The rehab was hard. However, Mahomes pulled through. And he couldn’t have done it without Brittany, given he wasn’t home a lot.

Brittany also gifted her husband his lucky game-day Lululemon underwear. “You do not get credit for how much you support him,” one fan commented. And Patrick seemed to be in a thankful mood at the parade. However, the kiss wasn’t the only thing that came up in media discussions. The youngest Super Bowl and NFL MVP went a bit overboard with the drinking. Literally!

The quarterback downed more than 20 beers and almost fell off the parade bus. However, this is nothing new. Tom Brady got hammered on the boats after Super Bowl LV and threw the Lombardi over to his neighboring boat.

Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce wouldn’t see anything wrong in the way the Mahomes celebrated the championship. “You gotta fight for your right to party,” Kelce said after the AFC Championship game, the Super Bowl, and during the parade.
