That is exactly what we see as a coaching staff from Colorado Football finally lands a job in the NFL. This left head coach Deion Sanders emotional and proud. 

As Sanders and his staff celebrated the great news, it also left fans teary-eyed after seeing their reaction to the success of their staff.

In an Instagram post shared by Deion Sanders, we see him congratulating defensive line coach P Hill for the job. Hill has been offered the opportunity to coach at the Minnesota Vikings. While this comes as news that makes Sanders proud, fans also took to social media to congratulate him and show their appreciation.

During his prime, Deion Sanders was highly regarded as one of the best in the game. Now, he still continues to inspire and help people around him grow and reach the goals they see for themselves. There is no other better feeling for a head coach than to see his staff move ahead.

A new road ahead

As the dust settles down, we will see P Hill take up his new role at the Vikings. The first steps are always difficult to take. But until they are taken, the notion of progress will always remain a notion. While Hill will enjoy the success coming his way, he will have to give his thanks to Deion Sanders for all the support and contribution towards this progress.
