College football is turning wild with intense rivalries in the present memory. But the LSU-Alabama matchup gave the spectators an epic adrenaline rush. Several college football fans are talking about how memorable the rivalry’s recent game has been. LSU Tigers legend Ja’Marr Chase took notice and commented after the game. The LSU Tigers have had iconic football athletes in the build. Some former college athletes have become prominent NFL stars, who solidified their names in the game. The iconic duo of Joe Burrow and Ja’Marr Chase has wreaked havoc. But they haven’t forgotten their roots back in Louisiana.

 

No. 10 LSU defeated No. 6 Alabama in an overtime mania at Tiger Stadium, 32-31. The game was close throughout, but a two-point conversion gave the Crimson Tide their second defeat in the campaign. LSU Alum Ja’Marr Chase was probably watching the game and left his thoughts on Twitter. He tweeted, “how bout them tigers.”

In the closing moments, Tigers quarterback Jayden Daniels rushed for the goal line in OT. It was a do-or-die situation, but the quarterback connected on an arcing trail with tight end Mason Taylor to complete the two-point conversion. The LSU made a sweep over Alabama with a 32-12 lead.

LSU’s overtime win was a monumental occasion for the current team and the alums. It was the first time Louisiana beat Alabama in Baton Rouge since 2010. Apart from Ja’Marr Chase, Justin Jefferson, Jarvis Landry, and Patrick Queen also shared their excitement on the social media platform.

Ja’Marr Chase dodges IR but is still out of action

The Cincinnati Bengals‘ offense could have their wings slightly damped after Ja’Marr Chase sustained a hip injury. The All-Pro WR missed out on the Bengals-Browns game, where they suffered a sizable loss. The concern over Chase remained at an all-time high, as he could get into the injured reserve. Nevertheless, the Who Dey Nation can breathe a sigh of relief after the recent news regarding the WR.

As per Pro Football Talk, Coach Zac Taylor confirmed Chase would stay on the depth chart while he recovers from a hip injury. The Bengals’ decision to keep the WR on the active roster implies he could miss more or less than four weeks on the injured reserve.
