Matthew Stafford is having one blast of a season with the Los Angeles Rams. He has achieved new heights, worked with an amazing squad and has produced some gigantic numbers, all of this while leading the Rams to the top of the NFC West table with a reputed 10-4 record so far this season.

However, during his Week 15 win against the Seattle Seahawks, Stafford tumbled down the NFL record books by creating a marvelous piece of history. During that game, the star quarterback became the fastest in the league to reach a monumental 50,000 yards. And he achieved all of that in just 182 games.

Although there is no doubt but to assume that Stafford is going to be a Hall of Famer, but the best part of his NFL phase has just begun. Matthew has spent a large part of his career with the Detroit Lions before jumping on board with the Rams this year. His Lions campaign was although not successful, but he was most certainly a passing machine with them.

Stafford in his entire 12-year tenure with the Detroit Lions, reached the playoffs only three times (2011, 2014, 2016). Surprisingly, he is yet to win a playoff game. However, his first campaign with the Los Angeles Rams is coming up to be the most successful season in his career.

Stafford has already thrown 3,898 yards in his first 13 games with the Rams, with 33 touchdown passes and 10 receptions. However, he has also thrown interceptions returned for a touchdown in three consecutive games. But Stafford is currently with the most skilled offensive and defensive lineup in the league.

With Odell Beckham Jr., Cooper Kupp, Aaron Donald, and Jalen Ramsey by his, Stafford is currently on his way to becoming the most successful quarterback in the league. And it is yet to be seen how many more records the 33-year-old is going to break.
