Los Angeles Rams are facing a very unusual and problematic issue ahead of their NFC Conference Championship Game which has left head coach Sean McVay pleading to his fans for help. The game will be held in the SoFi Stadium against the San Francisco 49ers, who have an emphatic fanbase.

The two sides also met in the same venue during their season finale matchup wherein the Niners dominated the Rams not only in the field but in their very own stadium. As per a ticketing site Vivid Seats, an estimated number of 60 percent of the SoFi crowd were the Niners fans during the regular-season game.

The away fans were roaring at the top of their voice because of which the Rams used silent counts in their home. And the Rams ended up losing the game. There was a lesson learned for them to not let the away fans overpower them.

However, it didn’t take much longer for the two sides to meet again. They will play their NFC Conference Championship Game at the SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles again. This time Vivid Seats predicted the fans turn out for the Niners to be 65 percent. This simply means that the fans are expected to overpower the Rams in their home yet again.

Sean McVay urges Los Angeles Rams fans not to sell tickets to the Niners

The Rams fans are reported to be selling their tickets to the Niners fans making that percentage go up day by day. And the situation has grown so adverse that even the Rams coach had to plead his fans not to sell their tickets. Selling tickets to the opponents could affect the home experience for the players.

“Hold onto those tickets and it’ll be much appreciated,” McVay said. “Our guys are looking forward to putting on a good show against a great opponent. Can’t wait to be able to do it and don’t sell those tickets!”

Clearly, the fans of the Niners are so much competition that they can dominate any team in their home. However, in a game with stakes so high, McVay wants to take no chances. He wants the Stadium to be as homely as possible.
