Skip Bayless predicts, “And I will bet you that Bill Belichick will call the offensive plays for the first time ever because he needs it on his resume because if he could breakthrough with Mac Jones that he’s calling the offensive plays, that would go miles to evening the playing field with him.”

New England Patriot’s Coach, Joe Judge said, “I do think it’s critical for every coach on the offense to understand the game plan and be prepared as a play-caller. In terms of who calls plays, to be honest with you that’s not the main focus for us right now as an offensive staff. When Coach (Belichick) wants us to go ahead and declare a role like that, he’ll tell us.”

Well, if we look closely at the whole scenario, there is a high possibility that the Patriots will be entering this NFL season without issuing the title of an offensive coordinator.
