Bündchen is a small-town Brazilian beauty. She spent her time as a teen in a bustling house where one could hear girlish peals of laughter. The activist and mom of three started her journey as a model at the young age of 14. Leaving her house at such a young age was difficult for her mother and herself. However, the runway model kept herself close to her roots and her family values. Also, she’s heavily indebted to her mother’s greatest quality: hard work.
Before meeting her husband, Tom Brady, the renowned and dynamic catwalk model saw her mother work as a bank clerk in her childhood. Vania Nonnenmacher, the mother of Bündchen, took care of her household before leaving for work. In an interview, the model gave details about what her mother’s day looked like.
She said, “My mom was the kind of a person who taught me how to work hard. And my mother was like always working in the bank.” She continued, “She was up at 6 am making sure we had our avocado vitamin before we leave to go to school, and then she worked all day.”
Bundchen also added that her mother used to wake up early on Saturdays to wash the clothes of eight family members. Gisele Bündchen credits her mom for prioritizing hard work over everything.
