Dallas legend Michael Irvin is clearly unhappy. The NFL titan wants to end the Colin Kaepernick debate as soon as possible. Because the 56-year-old Super Bowl winner feels the former QB’s times are gone. However, the debate to bring back the former Niners shot caller had resurfaced after Dak Prescott suffered an injury during the Week 1 clash with Tampa.

“Let’s stop with this Colin Kaepernick stuff. Let’s just stop. Colin Kaepernick’s been out of football for what five years now. Come on, man. Let’s stop all of a sudden thinking we can go resurrect Colin Kaepernick and he’s going to come and resurrect a football team. I’ll take my chances with Cooper Rush,” says the legend while talking to TV host and game expert Stephen A. Smith. His words are a clear indication that he sees no hope in the yesteryear star.
