Aaron Rodgers is having a blast lately, and he’s not afraid to show it. Aaron is loving his new life as a New York Jet. The star quarterback, who joined the Jets this offseason after a bitter divorce from the Green Bay Packers, said he had a blast during the team’s OTAs, which ended on Friday.

Aaron said he’s having the most fun with his new team, after leaving the Packers. However, it appears that his remark has stirred up a storm of discontent among the Cheeseheads.

Rodgers enjoys getting comfortable with the new team

The Jets decided to cancel their mandatory minicamp, giving the players some extra time off in June. Rodgers said he appreciated the gesture and that he’s going back to the West Coast to keep training. Rodgers has been enjoying the process of getting comfortable with his new team, and based on his observations, he is enthusiastic about the potential of the Jets for the year 2023.

Aaron also said he’s happy with his new team and the new offense they are learning. “The last six weeks have been about the most fun I’ve had in a while,” Rodgers said. “It’s fun to come to work and be excited about what we’re doing.”

Meanwhile, Green Bay fans are not happy with Rodgers’ subtle criticism of the Packers. Kay Huse Sisson took Facebook: “Is everything FUN to this guy? Let’s see what happens when the good times come to an end.” And, Mike McGaughey says Rodgers should wait until the season starts to see how much fun he will be having, “Wait till the season starts and let’s see how much fun he’s having.” But the question is why does Rodgers feel so much confidence? Rodgers excited about the new weapon

Rodgers is filled with excitement due to one of the reasons being the addition of Garrett Wilson, the NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year who topped the league in receiving yards last season, as a new weapon. Rodgers said Wilson makes amazing plays every day in practice and that he’s a joy to throw to.

Rodgers openly admitted he has a responsibility to help Zach Wilson, the Jets’ young backup quarterback who was drafted second overall in 2022. Rodgers said he wants to win games for the Jets, but also prepare Zach Wilson for the future.
